Payments and Shipping

Payment Methods

Payment is simple and easy with one of the following options available to you.

1  Secure online payment with Paypal.  Credit card purchases accepted.

2  Direct Bank Deposit (NZ Customers only)

Your order will be confirmed by email to the address you provide.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase, unless previous arrangement has been made with us. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

Payments will be made in NZD and exchange rates for international customers will be based on the current rate at time of purchase. 

All goods remain the property of the quilter until payment is recieved in full. 

Shipping:

• All orders will be shipped within one business day of receiving cleared payment. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.
• Every quilt shown on our website is currently in stock and can be shipped today unless noted.
• If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know. 
• Gift wrapping and a gift card is available on request, just let us know your message.

Shipping charges within New Zealand, using NZ Post Parcelpost Tracked.  Parcel should arrive within 1-2 business days for North Island customers, and 1-5 days Nationwide.  Delivery times are not guaranteed by NZ Post.

Please indicate during checkout if you wish to use a courier service and a quote will be obtained for you.  Multiple purchases do qualify for shipping discounts.  We will reduce your shipping charges if we are able to ship the quilts for less.  Insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Charges

We ship international orders via NZ Post Airmail (delivery in 2-5 days for South Pacfic, 3- 10 days for USA, 4-12 days for UK/Europe) or NZ Posts International Courier (2-4 days delivery worldwide) based on your choice during checkout. International Courier parcels are fully trackable and insured, and must be signed for on delivery.  Costs are dependent on your order and location.  Insurance is recommended and is the responsibility of the customer.

Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale:

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph the quilts.  Colours are accurate on our monitor, however quiltsforsale.co.nz takes no responsiblity for the colour matches on your monitor. 

Returns 

We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 7-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with (NZ customers only).  International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.

Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.

A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.

Sale items may not be returned.

All returns must be in original condition and packaging.  Returns that have a smoke odour will not be refunded.

We keep all customer information confidential and do not share any information with any outside parties under any circumstances.
